Does this sound like a good price?

Hello all

I am going to a wedding in New Zealand in Nov this year and have 4 weeks off to go to it, due to uni committments I need to do my travelling/exploring prior to the wedding. I have been to NZ before, and the rugby world cup is on during the time I want to fly out so flights are pricey - circa £1200. So I have been looking at RTW flights or multi city ones.

I have had the following quoted and wondered if it is a good deal?

21/10 fly UK -Hong Kong
25/10 fly HK - Sydney
1/11 fly SYD - Melbourne
3/11 fly MEL to Auckland
14/11 fly AUCK to Singapore
16/11 fly SING - UK

Both UK flights are with BA, and the rest are with Quantas. I have been quoted £1496 for these (flight only).

What do people think?

Thanks!!
