well they sent a email, I have discovered in November but i did ignore it thinking it was just aol information and nothing more. It was stated as service information ; nothing really to alert me to a change in contract or monthly payment increases. I have had nothing in writing/post about the change. It was only when I checked my bank statement I realised .0

Possibly ,although I have just read something about the Office of Fair Trading and misleading terms and conditions. They could well fall into that catergory!0
