Thanks Steve. It's definitely a driver issue although I had already installed the latest Intel drivers (complete fresh install yesterday). I have it working now. After removing drivers one at a time with no success I hopped into Safe Mode out of desperation where the install went off without a hitch.
Reinstalled all of the drivers after rebooting back to normal mode and everything seems to be OK.
Topcliff, as Steve says it's got to be a driver issue. It might be worth re-entering your Product Key, re-activating Windows and downloading the stand alone SP1 installer to install in Safe Mode as I did.0 -
That would be fine but it appears that doesnt work on mine..I dont have the right one for it as mines Nvidia0
