Afternoon all,

I'm here to ask some advice its about my OH's family, about 18 months ago there was a huge argument within his family. It centred around his sister taking the mick, with what could have been sorted out sensibly become something more serious due to her hissy fit and other family members getting involved.

The arguement had quite sever health implications for me at the time which everyone is aware of.

18 months down the line OH SIL still dislikes his Sister and makes this clear, where as she (SIL) will be nice as pie with the other family members who got involved and made things worse (for this read foul mouthed and abusive!!)

So today I have been playing about on facebook (:mad::mad:) and found that SIL is friends with the other family member!! However she has not asked me to be friends, I know this is petty but I am the one who recieves txts on almost a daily basis slagging off OH's sister.

Some come on every one tell me how pathetic I am being!!!

I think I'd be relieved. You already get texts, do you want constant status alerts and messages as well?

Delete the texts (heck, change your mobile number) and block the troublemaker on fb so she can't see anything you write via other ppl's walls. You don't need a toxic waster like that in your life *hugs*.

Thank you for making me see sense. I think I am at the stage of not responding to the txt anymore but am worried about the reprecussions for my OH and his brothers relationship.

I don't really follow, but yes, sounds totally pathetic. Get a grip.

I don't really follow the original post either, but agree about the fb thing - i never did really understand all the "friends" nonsense on fb. I play Farmville on fb, and thats it :rotfl:.
