Anyway, back to the OP - is there no way at all I can override this? I cant get to get another toner until next week and I really need to print some invoices!

Could try this (at your own risk), failing that order one on-line for next day delivery, should still be time to get one for tomorrow.

Thank you!! I have managed to print off a couple of urgent documents (perfectly as well might I add!)
