Well today was interesting but totally not to plan

5 min whizz in each room (which will hopefully make a tiny dent in the piles of debris) got a few rooms done - did make quite a difference inthem as well
    d/w - done 3 times now :o
washing (please don't let it rain - we have piles and piles of washing to get done) - it rained and rained  but I've got 2 loads through and airing off every available heat source in the house
ironing - I'm going to do what I get dry & same amount on top so hopefully the piles of ironing will slowly recede - this worked for the first 5 mins this morning and then dive bombed into oblivion (nice idea though if it had worked:D )
kitchen - 15 mins - yes! but mostly sorting out the kitchen sides which have become a home for all homeless articles in the house

work - cash book - nope15 mins clearing some of pile on desk - nope

    on the plus side
wrapped nearly all of dd's xmas presents and hid them in attic
last of parcels arrived today so I shall try and finish off tomorrow.
Had a nice cooked from scratch tea
made nearly all of dd's costumes for school panto - although one of my favourite t-shirts is now a robin outfit!
Feel very tired but I think I may be slowly winning:T

I must admit, I am almost enjoying this fly lady thing. Woke up this morning and the kitchen is tidy and there is no washing up on the side, came into living room and it is clean and tidy and smells really fragrant (OK, that is because I left the plug in air freshner on all night, but never mind!!).

Can't wait till I start on the rest of the flat.

    Omigosh!!

It is almost time to collectfrom school and I have done a grand total of NOTHING!!!!!

I had a letter from the LEA asking me to take my son for a CAT's test before entry to high school... and that REALLY threw my marbles in the blender! And I was at college until 12 and then went to shop... so I wasn't home until 1pm.

I must do SOMETHING... kick please!!!
