Please can i be excused duties too?
ds2 is now ill (same thing as knocked ds1 for six last week)
power failure last night broke all the downstairs lights and the heating, oh has fixed the heating but still no lights. tea by torchlight!
house sale going wrong and i have wasted my childfree morning on the phone to sols, estate agent, etc

down in the depths of all consuming depression - whats the point in packing?

and if someone would like to nip round and put tea in the oven it would help, ds2 is asleep on my arm so i cant get up, or use my right hand.

hello to the new people :hello:

Right, move is probably on but delayed by a few days to 11th Dec

Tonight I am going to iron enough work shirts to get OH through to the 12th in the vague hope that that is it until January when he goes back to work. Everyone else is ill in bed so not a lot else to do!

I am ignoring Christmas until after we move but I need to get two advent calenders tomorrow, could be interesting if DS2 is sick and I can't go to work.

  • Morning all! Back home after 2 days at w***. Need to tidy today, do ironing, paperwork, and a general kitchen clean.

My computer is still poorly, but they've charged my card for the new part I've ordered, so hoping it will come in the next few days. I'm using my work laptop today, so will be writing a proper list later.
