Working my way through the ebay boxes. I need OH to do about 4 items (they're his and I don't know the item specs) and already I have a collection of things to go to DD's school for their Christmas Fair...only they don't want toys or clothes...I wonder if thats got anything to do with the 10 bin bags of stuff I took them in the summer :rotfl:

Must get on. Want this all done tonight.

Forgot kids at party tonight so didn't get the bedroom finished and all didn't go to plan and still waiting for some of the bathroom things to arrive and need a new saw for the bath panel. Didn't do bad I don't think, but I am shattered now.

Good luck with the eBay things Nicki, sounds like you have your work cut out there. Sure charity shops won't turn down the toys and clothes, or maybe local guides/scouts Christmas fair.

I've been printing my lists off so I have the PC on less, saving on electric during day, then can still keep to it and update later :)
One day I might be more organised...........

    Morning all :hello:

Well I got the ebay items finished (except 2 photographs as I needed all the bits to OH's now old phone  ) but didn't stop until 1.30am  I was still laying awake at 2am so even though my alarm went off at 6.30 I didn't get up until 7.25am :o I really need an early night and a sleep aid. I can sleep, but I just don't feel rested the next day  *adds that to lists* Maybe I'll try that early night tonight...after Ghost Whisperer;)

Anyways, my plans for today are :
    1. Swish & Swipe Bathroom (OH has done the kitchen :j Will do dishes after my dinner ;))
    2. School run
    3. Another coat of paint on DD's dolls house
    4. Take ebay photo/s & check listings
    5. Laundry
      • Lights
      • Dark
      • Master bedding? only if I get around to stripping it.
    6. Evening meal
    7. Look for images to stick onto dolls house (flowers, birds etc)
    8. Reconcil bank statements
    9. Clear paperwork piles
    10. Pick DD up from school
    11. Update Christmas Card list and start writing them!
    12. Wake brain up :rotfl:
Notice the strange similarities to yesterday's list? Gotta love cut and paste :rotfl:

Best get a move on. Need to "hide" this thread before DD comes down and sees it ;) Check back later

  • Good morning... good? It's pouring with rain out there :(:( Miserable morning more like :rotfl:

Stayed at my OH's house last night, so don't have any sort of routine set up here (as yet :D) Felt so overwealmed yesterday! Mispriced an ebay postage item by nearly £2 - SO not like me to do that, had a bad MS so had to give a neg response to it! Rushed around getting the bits to bring to this house, and didn't get a few things done on my list yesterday.

Well, here is today's to do list - haven't got a clue what HW I'm doing today - apart from dailies, I think Tuesday is a free day for me!

Not so bad this morning considering I spent 15 minutes standing outside school waiting for DD to go in and then another 15 minutes wandering around the local shops "looking at Christmas Mags" while waiting for a shop to open

Going to put a load of washing in now and then I'll get on with another coaat of paint on DD's doll's house - I have some pieces near the fire with the fire on high so the paint will dry quicker ;) Plus the fire is keeping me warm as its freezing here today :snow_grin Well the washing won't put itself in the washing machine

    - With FLYlady I've established habits/routine I do each morning and evening which only take a few minutes but seem to make a big difference. On top of that I've found that if you follow her zones through one cycle you really do get a clean and decluttered home and then maintenance from there is much easier. You need to balance your 'routine' so you're doing the minumum on the days you work / attend college. Things like Swish & Swipe and cooking big bathes to freeze and use on your work days will help. The biggest thing is not to take on too much in one go or like a diet you'll just give up really quickly. I find thingl like 15 mins in each room (use a timer) which Penny also does make a real difference too.

Pigpen - find the floor in the girlu room, boys room :rotfl:
