I am sure there are just as many cases of people who bought houses they cannot afford and are now stuck in negative equity/about to be repossessed/under severe stress because they cannot pay their mortgage etc.

You do know different, because the poster tells you. Unless you wish to ignore that part, and simply suggest the poster is lying.

Can't see how you can suggest you don't know any different, when in the opening post, the poster states:

Suggesting a mortgage was out of reach, hence going for a liar loan.

Think this thread has been unravelled anyway. Onto the next.

Don't you read my posts? because you appear to have completely ignored what I wrote, not unusual though :)

Then again you could say that about the Daily Mail that gets a good outing on this forum :)

    suffering over indebtedness

Over Indebtedness seems to be your catchphrase of the moment, but can you define what it actually means mathematically?

Do you have an equation in mind that we could all apply to our own circumstances to see if we are underindebted, indebted or overindebted?

I'd be very interested in applying it to my own finances to see how I rank in the AD9898 indebtedness scale. :)

With so much of that newspaper's content displayed on here, you could easily see Martin being sued for copyright violation. Certainly the readership figures must be down as there is no point in buying it when you can read for free on this board. :)

Well lets hope he doesnt because I havent asked anything about Hamish.

AD's description was directly about Hamish.

You asked if these people existed.

Now you are saying you didn't ask me, so I shouldn't answer, and you didn't ask anything about Hamish, though you did ask about AD's description (which was about Hamish).

Not sure what the crack is here. Think I may have stepped on the toes of some kinda situation between you and AD again though....this time, I didn't have any idea.

    Yes you are.

Thanks for keeping us all updated on what they are saying on the website you've been banned from.

There are frequent threads on hpc linking to mumsnet and MSE posts, as I'm quite sure you're well aware. Most often to mock some poor unfortunate person who has been negatively impacted by the recession.

In this particular case though, it's too sad even to mock.

You just can't help but feel pity for anyone suckered into believing the hpc propaganda, and ruining their families financial future as a result.

If you want to comment on the article then you should go to that website and comment on that article. Pretty simple really.

Why make a thread on a whole different website with YOUR response to an issue raised somewhere else?

It is obvious that you are gleeful at something on another forum, and got so excited you had to make a sad little post on here.

Seriously, making a forum post about a topic on another forum makes no sense, just go and post on that topic in that forum if you care....
I am not a financial expert, and the post above is merely my opinion.:j

No, I said the other day I despise crashaholics.... The "bears" that wish to see the economy burn so that they can "snap up a bargain".

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Yeah thats right Spamish. Nothing to do with house prices. All bears just want the economy to "burn". Punching babies and kicking kittens.

(whisper: lets not mention how the bulls actually did play an active part in the idiocy that actually did cause the economy to crash and burn).;)
