Tragic case... "This website has failed"

Wow! Those properties in Belfast. The little terraces were going for £150k, or so, at the peak I am told. They started off at £35k and seem to be back there again. Those falls are shocking. Anyway, thanks for the property links. Still can`t get over those falls.
So HPI, tragic for those that wanted to buy but could not. Tragic for those in serious ne.0 -
I just had a look at RightMove with property bee......prices still being reduced here, even on houses that went on at what I thought were competitive prices late last year or even very early this year.
You can now get a 3 bedroom house in some areas of the town for what 1 bedroom houses were going for at peak and those 1 bedroom houses are now going for less than tiny flats were going for at peak (110k+ for 1 bedroom house at peak, now around £78k).
I actually thought we had reached our low point already as things seemed to stabilise a little with some asking price increases and more sold boards last summer but obviously not.We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
Just seen this. HPI madness.
