) was told if i did it again then i would be banned from the store, then was escorted out the store to my car where my mums number plate was taken and told that they were calling the police lol.
I unfortunaly i did tell the meat manager to f off which was not the best move but i was in some shock of being accused of conspiricy to comit fraud.
I'm going to be writing a strongly worded letter to head office regarding disgusting behavior of the staff and the slander they were bantering about infront of customers and other staff members.

Photo ID ? I don't carry any and even if i did they could go whistle
Obtaining a refund when overcharged is neither fraudulent nor disgusting
The only footage the security guy has is of you frequently being overcharged
When escorted from the store did anybody touch you ? ahem assault;)
If you are ever followed out of the store walk around the car park for twenty minutes, they will get bored before you
If they threaten to call the police, ask them to and you will wait to see the attending officer - you have done nothing illegal
If you do write to HO send it recorded deliveryand good luck!
Tesco manglers - a law to themselves..... you'd think it was their own money.
They even overcharged me today
In three different stores
Edit... And taking your mum's number plate
I hope you meant the details and not unscrewing it from the car....
But would that surprise us with some Tesco staff0 -

thanks for the reply, if i had twigged he was after the number plate number then i would have took hi on a merry dance round the car park, shame i don't know which car the store manager was driving as i'd have pretended it was mine lol.
if they had just given me a refund and ask me not to return to the store then fair enough but but the meat manager seems to had lost the plot some what must be the presure of keeping the meat prices right

She did not name the brand but she kindly announced that the SEL was £9.99 but they are scanning at £14.xx could be a potential R&R for someone??
Quote reply from misprice thread: Looking through tesco.com, the only champagne priced at 9.99 is the Andre Carpentier 75cl. This is not an offer price, so 9.99 would be a normal white sel. If this is scanning at 14.99, then a definate R&R. Can't get to Tesco until tomorrow to check it out myself, but hope this might help someone else. Quote
I have brought this over from the misprices thread for info. I would think we should be looking for a Champagne that is priced at £14xx on Tesco.com (not one that is at the lower price there). Any ideas anyone?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Epiphany wrote:70cl Glenfiddich Tin. The SEL still showed the old offer which ended yesterday. All the stock had been removed from the shelf, so i couldn't check the price. Possible R&R'ing to be had there.
I checked this today and it scanned at £27.48, which was the old offer price, so no R&R.
