Hi, what is the best way to contact Head Office? I've emailed them and had no reply. I have a pretty stonewall claim - I bought an XBox 360 premium, white SEL £259 (no expiry date), scanned at £279. CS lady was going to refund and replace, but was overruled by manager who said only to offer £20 back. He had no vaild excuse for this. Eventually I asked for my Xbox back, saying I would take the matter up with HO, but he wouldn't give me it back, stating I had to accept the refund before he would give me it back!

Nice CS lady eventually handed it over to me despite his protestations, and apologized for his behaviour, but said she couldn't give me the R&R without his permission.

When I visited yesterday I noticed that lots of new white SELs had already been put up ready for change of prices tonight. This meant that lots of stuff was cheaper than the SEL prices. It was particularly noticeable on the meat aisle. Items like the half leg of lamb, with a new SEL nearly £2 Kg more than pack price. Perhaps Mr T wants the uninitiated to think they're getting a bargain!

Call them 0800 505555. And make sure you get the persons name.

Does anyone know the correct price for the Simpsons Dvds? Instore they had stickers on saying either £18 or £19 but the SEL said £22. Didn't want to check as I had already purchased Doctor Who S1 and Futurama S4, getting £82.94 refunded...:D
