As online shopping evolves, eBay continues to focus on preserving our marketplace's open and level playingfield whilst protecting our Community of members. We have decided to change how bid history information is displayed so unscrupulous people cannot target bidders with fake offers using this information. In certain cases, some bidders will no longer be able to see other bidder's User IDs on the listing page. Your User ID will be shown only to you and the seller of the item you're bidding on. Other members will see an anonymous name, such as Bidder 1, Bidder 2 etc.

Damn.............Ive had some of my better results spamming the losers of high value laptop and phone auctions, with the exact item they require...........its much easier to target "the market" from "completed items"

I bet thats why flea-bay changed the policy.They might get around to sorting out the scammers with the 99p items with £29.99 Postal costs next

Yeh...but with over 1300 transactions(and only 3 negatives(from one cheating seller))....... theyve had enough of my money.

Re 99p items........bought loads of these from all over the world....thing is..... 99p +£29.99p postage is a darn sight less than the £50 you'd pay in the UK.........so nothing wrong with it really.........

Judge every item on its total price, against the total price you would pay elsewhere.
