i Phone 4 seems to have died - where do I go?
Help I'm not very good with this sort of thing. I have an i phone 4 which I got in November as an upgrade on my O2 contract.
I have been using it this evening and went to look at a text and it appears to have died! I thought the battery may have run down so I plugged it in but it didn't even make the normal "ping" noise and say it was charging, so I'm thinking it has died!
No where do I go for help? O2 shop? Apple shop? I am terrified I will lose all my phone numbers and some photos as I hadn't backed it up for a few days!
Also I need to have a phone. Does anyone have any thoughts about what it might be and where I should head for first?
Thanks

Have you tried holding in the power button and the home button together for about 10 secs, normally sorts it.
Failing that take it to Apple0 -
If it was me I would take it to the apple shop without a doubt....you can explain what you need direct face to face etcIt's not just about the money0
