As I work from home and use a single phone line for business and personal use, I choose to block calls on an incoming number basis only. But TalkTalk used many numbers to call me, often with corrupt CLIs, so it became impossible to block every call.

I would leave TalkTalk but they are actually the only company to use if you have to make a lot of outgoing market research calls via an 0845 recording number!

For anyone effected by TalkTalk's incompetence....Suggest you escalate and/or complain to Dido Harding, TalkTalk Telecom Group Chief Executive, via sending an email to [EMAIL="dido.harding@talktalkgroup.com"]dido.harding@talktalkgroup.com[/EMAIL].

With luck you will get a successful result.
