TalkTalk compensation - pathetic?

Hello
I have had endless problems with TT over past couple of years. Connection has been crap, crap customer service - ignoring emails, letter, telling me to check microfilters etc. Then telling me engineers coming out and they never turn up etc.
anyway, finally got it sorted and I am offered 2 months free service. As you can imagine this went down like lead balloon. Then offered 3 months. I am still disgusted.
I am prepared to go to ombudsman. I have wasted days of my life over this, if not weeks. What do people think is reasonable compo?
cheers

x3 months is reasonable, what have you lost..0

Take the free 3 months and then ask for your MAC. Why would you want to stay?No free lunch, and no free laptop

The most you will get is some free months equivalent to the time you did not have a service-not consequential loss I'm afraid. No free lunch, and no free laptop
