Also got the phone call this a.m. saying no deal as offer finished Monday but went anyway and prepared to argue the point. When I pointed out that it was still on internet last night, the assistant showed the manager and he honoured it immediately which is a nice change. I noted today that the JAB 60l composts that I mentioned for £3 each had sign on them saying 4 for £10.

My OH reserved 10 bags for me last night and printed off the reservation to take into store (anticipating problems). Hats off to B&Q Aberdeen (Garthdee) - it came up at £2.98 per bag but they honoured the £1 offer.

Inverness store would not honour the price, and were very rude about it all, even after phoning me to tell me they were in and me taking the email print off. Thinking about complaining, but cannot be bothered when you can get it at that price elsewhere. Their business reputation ruined over a few quid.
