Can I book holiday in next leave year now?

Hi,

Sorry I havent replied for a long time. So here is what has happened, I went to the HR dept to check what the companies policy was, and they said there was no rule about you having to book holiday in that holiday year. They said that so long as it wasn't too short or too far in advance (they said over a year) there is no issue. When I put this to my line manager they said they would look into it. However they have since been avoiding me and have now gone on their holiday for two weeks. Brilliant. Please dont reply to this msg as will start a new thread on what I am to do next.
