Eclipse -v- B.T. I am the meat in the sandwich!

I lost my Broadband connection on 21st August last (12 weeks ago) and despite numerous phone calls to both parties am still off line, I feel like a 'Ping Pong' ball with both companies blaming the other for the fault.
Before I drive to Beachy head can any of you good people out there suggest any further action I could take to resolve this stale mate.

    What is the problem mate,

    Is it a line problem and what are eclipse saying about everything,

    If you have a bt line call

    0800800154 for bt line faults.

    The will run a diagnostic test on your line if this comes back as a pass/fine .

    get back on the phone to Eclips and advised them that the problem is not with the line.

    Actually call 02075554154 mate and you wont get any messages or annoying wait times.

    Straight through to an agent.

  • Thanks folks for your help in this matter I am now back on broadband, apparently there was a fault at the exchange, all sorted and Eclipse have refunded my lost 3 months + a months free Broadband.
