    yes you can. my daughter does Avon and Bodyshop alongside a full time job. as has been said, just register with HMRC for tax purposes.

    You can do as many jobs as you want, its a free country.

    You just need to ensure that unless your income is taxed at source through PAYE you register the employment with HMRC and do a tax return.
