Will we ever get our E7even domains back :(

Since E7even went completely down the drain, I can see that my domain is still registered in their name. It doesn't appear to have been transferred to Ezeedsl.
It is due to expire next month.
Does anyone know what happens to them? Did Ezeedsl take up ownership of all of them? Will they continue to renew all of them? Or will we be able to buy them back when they come on the market again when their record expires?

Hi Roses,
You can get your domain back! Get Nominet involved.
http://www.nominet.org.uk/
There is an area of the website that specifically deals with just this issue, however I'm really struggling finding it at this time!
Good luck!
Kind regards,

I regained a domain from Fast24 for someone recently using nominets procedure, it only took 48 hours (including posting the form), but there was a fee (I forget how much).0

Thanks! Will fill out the form now & see what they charge.
Here is the direct link on ISPs in liquidation:

I contacted Nominet today who informed me that E7even are apparently still trading & if I want my domain back then I have to pay the £80 transfer fee that E7even charge!
Stuff that, I will wait for the domain to expire then try to rebuy it.0 -
Hi Roses,
I may be misinformed, however I think you can change registration agents for much less and without E7even's involvement: http://www.nominet.org.uk/registrants/maintain/changeagent/

They said to do that I need E7even's permission as the domain is registered in their name and not mine

In fact I don't think there is any proof that the domain is linked to me because all ownership records point to E7even who are apparently still in business according to Nominet!0
