I see you're all right- my hopes of getting an iPhone sooner rather than later are really just a pipe-dream, and I'm sorry for wasting time!
Now all it comes down to is- will I have my handset replaced for another model, or be stuck with another crummy M1? Fingers crossed it's the former!0 -
Success! After being passed back and forth between Insurance and Customer Services today when I phoned to ask about my old handset being returned, I've now been offered a free HTC Desire!
