Vodafone problems
My boyfriend cancelled his contract in August as he no longer had a job and couldn't afford to pay it anymore as he no longer had an income.
He told Vodafone the reasons why and they seemed fine with it. 6 months down the line they've now sent him a bill for £500 and it's gone on to a third party. He still doesn't have a job and so has no way of paying for it.
Surely they can't make him pay for it? Plus he was due for an upgrade but whenever he applied they said they didn't have any phones available to offer him, meaning he had to carry on using a broken phone.
Can someone please help- he's starting to panic now.
