I ordered on thursday and friday and nothing has come yet but full payment has been taken from paypal and a £2 partial refund on one of my orders so I'm guessing that they're ok and maybe one of my items was OOS!

I have had full payment taken and no refunds for anything, but my order still states inventory fulfilled. Im not sure wether or not this will come off as no contract in place until you recieve a dispatch email is my understanding.

ABSLOLUTLEY FURIOUS WITH LLOYDS THIS MORNING:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Did an order last night got a hello kitty fragrance, notorius, acqua digiorgo, couple lee coopers, some always and sensodyne, couple burberry minis, put last item in my basket at 6am,

at 0800 site went down and noticed fragrances been removed, OOS ITEMS BEEN REMOVED, IN MY BASKET ALL ITEMS DEF IN 3 FOR 1 PROMOTION THEN ( i didn't pay then because discount hadn't been applied properly)

at 0855 my basket suddenly changed and all discounts removed

rand CS at 9am and she says nothing in stock and even if they were discounts have now been removed on most items

BEWARE SOME ITEMS HAVE NOW HAD 3 FOR 1 REMOVED WHERE PREVIOUSLY APPLIED

she was SOOOOOO unhlepful compared to lady i spoke to last night, couldn't tell me why none of my orders had not arrived just said they were being processed. ABSOLUTLEY FUMING!

I went to my local store (sthelens) and they had loads of stock all around the store, not in one area and all in the 3 for 1 offer so if you have a store may be worth a visit than battling with the website... I got l'oreal suncreams, mens aftershave, the et false nails, johnsons baby cream and some medical items. there was still toys (the budz range), the fitness items, the lavender gift sets and the bronnley range amoungst others.

I placed an order Thursday evening and just received the dispatch email today. So am hoping it arrives soon!

same happened to me:mad:
i had lots of kids stuff inc the disney fluffy pens that i really wanted,site went down,then my password would not work and i was locked out of my account till 9am,called them they sorted the account out but my basket was empty and now none of its on there:mad:
Managed 3 orders though over the last few days so managed to get most xmas presents for family:j

I did my order last Friday, they charged me twice and still no refund has come through, no order despatch or even confirmation email. when I log into my account the order isnt there but when I rang them they said its been oredered and will be with me in 3-5 days??

Thats the last time I shop at Lloyds, its Boots and Superdrug for me now.

I ordered last week, I haven't checked if they have taken payment but my order status still only says inventory fulfilled. I expected it to be dispatched by now!
