bad news, looks like my virtual fragrances in my basket are inaccessible because thats all they are-virtual,
i have just been speaking to CS and she said all fragances def OOS so i'm not even going to bother trying again, i only added themto my basket yesterday afternnon-didn't pay straight away because wasn't taking the discount off and was messing about trying to get more items same price:(

CS say their is a glitch in the system and may add fragrances when they are actually out of stock, is looking into my order but is basiclly writing it off as probably all out of stock:(:(:(:(:(:(:(

anyone had a basket they couldn't access and it went throught to completion??

after nearly jumping out of the window as I saw all my items disppearing from my basket:(:(:(

........i begged the lovely Victoria (God bless her) at CS to recheck whether my virtual items were actually in stock for real or not -she super quick checked and they were all there still there in stock so she readded them back to my basket!

got a burberry womens, police femme, morgan, 4 paris hilton, roxy love big and small size, 3 each of the mini fragrances mens and womens (loads more in stock) and 3 hair colours all for £70

i am so relieved and pleased

def def do not give up on those inaccessible baskets!

Yaaaaay! Always good to hear that someone has had some luck!

I had an email from them suggesting I call as they have my inaccessible order on the system so I can phone up and pay. BUT too late now, will have to do it tomorrow!

if she says its because its out of stock get her to check each item for availability straight away once she's taken it out of your basket as it probably is there somewhere-fingers xd

Ok thanks celebrate. I will ask them to check if that happens. I find the website gets addictive! But all products are saying OOS so it must have crashed again now.
