I just had a dispatch email for my second order which I placed on Thursday. I didn't get one for my first order (Wednesday). Both of my orders are showing as "shipped" on my accounts.

Just had a despatched email for my first order (placed early hours of Thursday morning) and it now says shipped on the order status details.

Fingers crossed everything that I ordered arrvies.

Have you tried logging in first then try placing things in basket? Lots still oos but some kids clearance things available.

I found it a bit hit n miss - with more emphasis on the miss! good luck.

There is a V&A jewellery box for £19.99 that was in stock earlier on today.... could try that as a start!

has anyone else found that thier mix and match offer doesnt actually work across the categories? Like one item of x value in clearance wont work with the offer if something of the same value from toiletries - its so annoying!

Tried various combinations. I can't believe how many hours I've spent trying to get things. All the basics - shampoo, mouth wash, toothpaste seems to have gone.

Lloyds is well up with M&S and Boots with their IT!
