rang CS this morning (says mon-fri on website but they are open this am) about not being able to access the 57 pounds woorth of virtual items my basket, she went thro everything with me, mainly john freida's and 3 kelly brook sets and some cosmic jet kits and lynx sets

have put back a WWW radio and 3 grace coleman sets if anyone wants to try for them, also put back a top gear board game

wittled down the order to 41 pounds so got the free delivery, she took payment over the phone v hepful
