i've got £50 pounds worth of stuff in there from 3 days ago just appeared after my original order wed eve-ive been thinking since then it was just the same order not gone thro!

Celebrate, I understand what you said in your post. I am really glad that people are getting bargains but it is very easy to get carried away. I have to stop myself getting caught up in all these deals. I am sure that some others on here feel the same. I too share mine with my family. They buy them from me at the same price I paid for them and it helps them. x

I really feel for those of you who have been having a lot of problems with the site, my orders seem to go straight through i am on windows internet explorer 7 if that helps anyone.
Just make sure you are signed in first.
I have ordered quite alot and now i need to clear a space somwhere, does anyone know how long it takes for the orders to arrive. :j

I can't get into my basket either! :mad::mad:

Tried all the suggestions you lovely people have suggested but nothing seems to work for me! I can't even remember what's in my basket!

Any other clues what I could do?? Is it worth ringing them in the morning?

yes when i rang today she told me what i had in there
caught me by surprise so didn't write it all down said to her i would just check myself and have been trying to get in all day

prev on this thread people have reported being able to pay over the telephone for items in your basket

CS did tell me if you log out they clear the baskets every 12 hrs but not sure how this works because the stuff in my basket currently i think is stuff i put in before the sale went live, i have been logged out since i placed my 1st order wed night and only logged back in properly today

Thanks OP. Managed to get a few bits for my friends and family to put away at Christmas. Ordered a few extra bits to help my friend out as i know she will struggle this year money wise and it means she can give her niece and son some lovely presents for little money.
