I ordered on Wednesday but haven't had a dispatch email. Some people received the dispatch demail after they had their stuff delivered.

I ordered at 9.50 Wed morning. I did not have a dispatch e-mail and the order was not showing in my order history either. The money was pending from paypal. I e-mailed them and they promptly replied advising me that my order had been dispatched and I am expecting it today or Monday. They confirmed all items had been dispatched no problems. I have to say I am very impressed with their customer service. Just wish they could sort out their online site to show out of stock items at a glance.

Agree with you there. I've spent and wasted hours going through things just to get the out of stock page. Surely it can't be that difficult to mark it OOS or delete the item altogether ????

in store (teeny one) I just got three gift sets of 'Blonde' shampoo/conditioner/hairspray for £3.49 - theyre only the little ones, but not bad at all for 39p each item!

there were a lot of the more expensive gift sets left (£9.99 and above) but they were all makes i hadnt heard of - and who really wants 'guest soap' as a gift?!
lots of nice kiddy things too - gruffalo stationary / pencil cases / books.

definitely worth a (short) walk to check your local store if no luck online

i went to my small store and got kylie, kate moss and sjp 30ml perfumes for £12 for all 3

Well thought I'd go to the store today and found it had closed at 1pm.

Managed to get online eventually and did a shop , got £119.77 of stuff for £40.69. Really pleased.
