Really.. and how does that help when somebody is asking for feed back from people like above.

    I've got mine in Excel.
Best bit is it stores the links to the competition entry pages, and the number of times I've entered.
When I've used up all my entries the line goes greyed out (automatically).
The only thing it doesn't do is set up the fields from the MSE post on the thread - but I could work on that.

Your most useful contribution would be a good search for the board (try sorting in order of closing date )
#2 suggestion- cross check a competition hyperlink against the known spam generators.
#3 suggestion - take a look at the 'Regular Competitions' Board

End date would work if it was in mm/dd format.. rather than dd/mm format as 01/02 and 01/03 would be listed together even though they are technically a month apart.

It helps because the feedback is sent via a P.M and the thread is not bumped.Quite simple really.

Totaly agree. its seem some people just bump with comments like JESUS and the like..

The o/p was asking for feedback on what I would call a legit question, and as such this is a ongoing topic, that will be updated as people think of or make comments relating to the original post...

I think people who moan about bumping just need a little nudge towards the big red "New Topic View" button on the forum page.

The OP posted on the wrong forum
This forum is for posting competitions
If you want a chatroom, go elsewhere.

I, Like other was answering a question from a USER of a forum, a PUBLIC forum.. Granted they have posted into the wrong section, but that is in hand and will be moved to the correct section shortly.
  • Appologies if i've done something wrong. I don't know what bumping is?

To whom asked about the spyware.. I see no reason why I would package spyware up with the app.
I'm assuming you have beef with other apps that contain spyware.

Also, can I ask if anyone knows of any competition RSS feeds? It's a shame this forum doesn't have one.

I appreciate the feedback people have already given and i'll be contacting the two people who private messaged me.
Thanks and keep the suggestions coming.

I'll post updates on my development as and when.
