So, my question is this: can MINT do that if they had sold the debt on to a third party?
Hi there
To what I am aware of even if the debt it sold on, they can still do this as a way of retrieving any payments owed on the arrears, but maybe someone else will now the definate answer to this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -

Not a problem, but hopefully someone will be along to clarify on this to be sure soon.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
it is correct. If you were in arrears they can offset your refund against what is still outstanding. We've spent decades teaching people about their rights, but nothing about their responsibilities.0
