PPI refund when debt is with a debt recovery company

To what I am aware of even if the debt it sold on, they can still do this as a way of retrieving any payments owed on the arrears, but maybe someone else will now the definate answer to this.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"

it is correct. If you were in arrears they can offset your refund against what is still outstanding.We've spent decades teaching people about their rights, but nothing about their responsibilities.0
