This can be real value and perceived value, as you probably know as a marketeer perceived value is generated by the purchaser not by the marketing bumpf that is thrown at the people.
IF YOU DO NOT THINK THAT YOUR BANK IS OFFERING VALUE FOR YOUR MONEY SPEND IT IN ANOTHER PLACE.
