Voda 'connned' contract user into a new contract
Options
Hi,
My mum has a Vodafone contract fone and she received a very polite phone call asking her if she wanted a new phone.
Thinking this was just a new phone she agreed.
Long and the short of it all is that she now has two contracts with 2 numbers.
It has passed the 7 day period where she can change her mind - is there anything we can do???
Many thanks
Steven

Why didn't she cancel within the 7days? You could try asking Vodafone if she can cancel, but it may well not have been them phoning in the first place. Did she check? As this will have a bearing on what you should do.0

Sounds more like a third party dealer saying their were Voda to get a sale. If it had been Voda they would have upgraded her on the same number rather than selling her a new contract.0

Hi InishDon
Thank you for posting and bringing this to our attention.
We would need to take a look at the account so that we can determine when the phone was sold, and if it was through Vodafone direct, or via 3rd party. Once we have this information we’ll be in a better position to advise.
If you can e-mail us via the Contact Us page on our website, using WRT135 as the subject, and a link to this post, we’ll be more than happy to check this out for you.
Kind Regards
Simon
