Sky Broadband *not received refund*

I ordered Sky Broadband (£40 one off payment) received all the stuff to connect it but turns out my computer cant have Sky as its not the correct version of XP - cut a long story short I posted back the stuff sent etc weeks ago & havent received a refund.
Anyone know how to resolve this matter??

What version of XP do you have? And were you told why you couldn't have it with that version?0
