    hi all

i am aiming for level 3 in all downstairs rooms and bathroom as MIL is coming to visit and i need it clean and respectable..

so here is what i have done today:

Tuesday ~ Kitchen & utility room
    Level One

    [STRIKE]Declutter and wipe worksurfaces[/STRIKE]
[STRIKE]Sweep and [/STRIKE]mop the floor I will mop utility and other half of kitchen when kids in bed
    [STRIKE]Wipe table![/STRIKE]
    Level Two
[STRIKE]Wipe fronts of units and large appliances
    Scrub out the sink[/STRIKE]
Clean filters and door seals.. don't forget the fridge ones they are usually revolting! I will clear out fridge later and do seal at the same time
    Wash/[STRIKE]beat dirt from doormats[/STRIKE]
    Level Three
    [STRIKE]Wash small appliances and replace[/STRIKE]
Clean out the fridge.. furry fruit is not so healthy!
    Clean out a mangy cupboard!
    Extras
    1. [STRIKE]Scrub kickboards[/STRIKE]
    2. Wipe over the oven and hob which you all twinkled last week! :p
Plus i washed down all the woodwork and the doors and the cat flaps..

the kitchen is my easiest room as it is the one room i do routinely keep on top of - so lets see if i can keep this up tomorrow and get to level 3 in the other rooms..

My boss just called... I've been promoted :D

... and my bonus isn't that bad either... 119% of target, so better than a poke in the eye... just need to do the maths and work out what the pay rise is! Best news is that promotion means an increased car allowance...

    Greenbee Congratulations on the promotion.
Thanks for the birthday messages guys. As a matter of principle I am NOT flying today and no amount of mules will make me start :p
Got home to find the most wonderful flowers from a friend who has recently moved away so need to put those in a vase. Off for a meal with OH and a friend tonight. OH bought me some new hair straighteners for my birthday so am going to try and do something to my mop to make it look nice.
