Parking at stansted??

Hi I need to park at stansted apot for 7-10 day, does any1 know any cheap places or car park on site or not far off site with eg. bus connections? coz the quotes i had were way 2 expensive, something like at bristol apot would b gr8 where u park at private car parks outside of apot but it costs u half of the apot prices, thanks a lot for any advice!!:D

pink elephant is what we used was £8 a day though... think 10 days will prob set u back about £60 though..

I went via travel extras on topcashback costing £52 for 5 days plus some cash back, There are 3 options there with the one I chose being the middle priced on and buses every 10/15 mins to terminal (this carpark is next to airport)

Bishops Stortford Football Club were the cheapest when I last left from Standsted, and a brilliant service. I would recommend them.

Search on the internet for 'stansted airport parking'. Pink Elephant charge £6 per day for long term with free transfers evry 20 mins 24/7.
I'm paying £18 for 3 days next week.

Your right,use them all the time.
However,word has it that they are shutting them down in the New Year.(BAA)(Licensing from Airport).
BAA wants to grab it all.!!

Shame,nice people at BSFC.Mind you we Knocked em out of FA Cup!!!

You can sometimes get a slightly better deal if you book directly with BAA.

I would like to park my car at Stansted next Wednesday between 0700 and 2100 and the best quote I can get is nearly £30.

Any ideas anyone?
