But then you couldn't use any more for a month.

I use the vouchers. I never use a clubcard and pay cash. Unless they go on email addresses, of which we all have several at our disposal, I can't see how they will know about how many vouchers or how much is claimed in a month.

They might be depending on staff in store remembering. :)

Somebody from tesco being interviewed on radio 4 at lunchtime today about the new £20 price cap on vouchers. link below (the article starts at 46 minutes into the show)

ps. the woman from tesco describes the "1 in 5000" customers who turned the dtd guarantee into a profit making activity as "ingenious".
thanks luvvie, every little complement helps

  • i don't have that good of a memory to be able to compare all the prices of asda and tesco while i'm at the checkout. i'd rather them make it easy and reward some of their customers with that £200million that they're spending on a price war!!! have some kind of weekly draw!!

That's what she called them on-air. I bet that isn't the term used at Tesco head office ;)

What are the best offers to take advantage of lately then folks? :)

I'm new to this game but love taking Tesco to the cleaners. :) last time I did this was the R&R days, wonder if any of the old faces are still about.

By the way - is there anything to stop Tesco dynamically changing their prices by the minute/hour to stop you claiming online?
