Ironically, I got one of these a couple of Months ago, what prompted my suspicion is a having a complete LACK of a Paypal account.:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

Me too. Happened once about a year or so ago.The OP got this message as she logged in not via email (it pays to read the original post)
It'a actually a standard paypal security measure. As long as it when you log in (not via email) I've done this half a dozen times over the past 10 years. If your still suspicious phone paypal to confirm but if you do nothing you will not be able to use your paypal account,"Hope for the Best
