Try Culpeck Insurance Services - they have schemes for just this type of thing. You might wanna do a search 'cos this cropped up a while ago and there were some other suggestions too.
Culpeck (Freshstart) are able to provide insurance to people with convictions. You will find that UNLOCK, The National Association of Reformed Offenders, have an unbias list of insurers who are able to insure people with unspent convictions. Their website is https://www.unlock.org.uk0 -

It was not fraud, assault, arson, murder, rape, drugs or theft.
I got a suspended prison sentence so it was serious.
armed robbery, child pornography, possesion of fire arm, counterfeit currency, prostitution/pimping, member of a terrorist organisation, cruelty to animals, incitment to racism - any of these as they are fairly serious too0 -
Chancellor of the Exchequer....Head of a UK Bank....MP with snout firmly buried in the trough.
What can be more serious then one of these offenders, yet they get insurance ; )0 -
Ember JD Insurance Brokers do this sort of thing, a friend of mine got a contents policy with them last week after a two year prison sentence.0

Sorry, just seen the date of the original post, so maybe a tad late!0

There's also Bureau Insurance Services (www 'dot' bureauinsure 'dot' com). It's reasonably straightforward to get home insurance, but expect your pre-offence quote to quadruple. NACRO and UNLOCK should both be able to help.0

I've used Bureau for some of my clients and found them helpful.
The Policies with most of the Brokers / Insurers that offer these policies are normally expense for the first year or two as the Insurer does not know whether you are a reformed character etc. They often reduce after a year or two so its should not stay really expensive for ever (Providing you do not reoffend or make claims)0 -
Insurance company Fortis will be ok for criminal convictions provided that no jail time has been served.0

All three of your posts on MSE advertise the same broker, is your name Neil by any chance?0
