- The 5000 text bundle (Bundle) is available for all Tesco Mobile Pay as you go customers. There is a maximum of one Bundle per month per customer.
- You can opt-in online at My Tesco Mobile, via SMS, calling Customer Care on 4455 or by calling our Bundles line on 2709. Please see click here for full opt-in details.
- Each Bundle will start each month on the anniversary of your opt in date and runs for a month or until you have used your 5000 text messages, whichever is sooner. Each time you send a standard text message we will take it from your Bundle. Delivery cannot always be guaranteed. A standard text message is a person to another individual person message which is 160 characters long, but some handsets let you send longer ones. In that case the message will be divided up into the number of standard texts required to convey the message, each one of these separate texts will be deducted from your Bundle. Unused texts will not be carried forward or rolled over into your next month’s Bundle. No refunds are payable.
- The Bundle will automatically renew every following month until you give us notice that you no longer want the Bundle.
- Payment will be taken from your Pay as you go top-up balance the day your next month’s Bundle starts.
- If you do not have sufficient top-up credit, your Bundle will be automatically cancelled and you will be charged for any text messages you send at your normal tariff rate. You will need to top-up your account and opt-in again if you want to continue to receive the Bundle. Promotional terms (where applicable) will not apply in these circumstances.
- We will take payment as soon as you opt-in and we will send you a text to confirm the date your Bundle starts.
- Charges for the Bundle will be clearly set out on our website at www.tescomobile.com and in any marketing material. You will also be advised of the charge by text each month before payment is taken.
- If you want to cancel your Bundle, you must text the word STOP to 28948. You will not be charged for this text. Alternatively, you can call Customer Care on 4455. You must contact us via text or phone to cancel the 5000 text bundle 48 hours before your renewal date. Otherwise, your top-up credit will be automatically deducted with the cost of the next Bundle and cancellation will take effect from the month after that.
- The Bundle is not available to Pay monthly customers and if you change to a Pay monthly tariff you will no longer be able to use your Bundle. No refunds are payable for any unused messages.
- If you’re on a Tesco Mobile Pay as you go tariff which offers free credit, the Bundle is available in addition to any free credit available on that tariff however, texts will be taken from your Bundle first until your Bundle allowance is fully used up before your free credit is used.
- The Bundle can be used for texts to UK mobile and 01, 02 and 03 numbers from the UK only. Texts to other numbers will be charges in accordance with your standard tariff.
- We reserve the right to replace, amend or withdraw the Bundle (in whole or in part and the charges for the Bundle at any time or these terms at any time on reasonable notice. Notices will be given on the Tesco Mobile website and we will give you 30 days notice of any significant changes. If you continue to use the Bundle after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Bundle indicates that you have agreed to the changed terms and will be bound by them.

It would have been nice if they allowed that bundle to be used for MMS in the same way o2 used to do where 4 texts=1 mms would have been handy for payg users.0
