I've never actually told anyone about entering comps. I definitely don't know anyone in Hungary too. I suppose I'll wait for the call, and have a little fun trying to scam the scammer :-)

I won an itv prize last year and they phoned. The number was something like 020..... which I think was a London number?
I would be wary, it doesnt sound genuine to me but I may be wrong

You could try googling your name followed by 'itv' as they do publish winners names on their site.

Hi, Really sorry but I also got phoned by them when I won, I have got a phone number for you, its the interactive services people who normally check you have your prizes, they wont be open until 10am tomorrow. When they called me they gave me the name of the competition and the prize amount and the only asked my date of birth and to confirm I didnt work for ITV nor was I related to anyone who does. They also asked to confirm the post code and address. I hope im wrong and there is a prize. If you want the number let me know. x

They called me too when I won a hotel break away last year. I dont think its real Im afraid

I don't think this is likely to be genuine but there is clearly an issue for you, the rest of us and for ITV if you have entered an ITV comp using the mobile number and this info has got into the hands of a third party (If this text isn't real). I'd suggest that you contact ITV if you can.

Winners names do not generally go up until the winner has been confirmed (contacted).

Mmmm, they rang me when I won with them a couple of years ago ... never heard of them texting anyone to date.
