            Yes, I agree there are other criteria (I was trying to edit my post but you beat me to it) - my point is anyone meeting the HRM criteria truthfully is surely 'disabled enough' for the other poster.
 People can reach the HRM criteria truthfully but still be capable of far more than you would expect of someone severely disabled. I am not talking about people who have lied, but people who have manipulated the criteria to fit their circumstances - they are doing nothing wrong in legal terms.Gone ... or have I?0

 If you go to the Tribunals website you can search on previous cases - they make for interesting reading, especially when you can't sleep!Gone ... or have I?0
