Weekend 19th/20th February - What small DFW things will you be doing?!

When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym.
But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when in fact the small steps are helping us form good financial habits and helping us get closer everyday to staying in control and becoming debt free, or staying debt free :money:
Examples could be charging your phone up at work instead of at home to save your electricity, hanging washing out instead of using the tumble dryer or leaving your purse/wallet at home to avoid the risk of spending.
So be proud of those small steps, they really are important.:j:j:j
Gooood morning - I'm a bit late today, had a lie in, am still in bed!
Thank goodness the weekend (and half term) have finally arrived, I need a rest:o
Today I'm off to a friend's for a cuppa then later on my sis and her hub and girls are coming for the night....so cue a late night:p
Hope everyone is well - fab to see so many people posting now:T
Ok, here's my list:

Good morning everyone out there in DFW-land. Thanks for starting the thread pixie. I had a lie-in too, I *forced* myself to stay in bed until 8.04!! :rotfl:
So far today I have:- run WM overnight on Economy 7
- fed and watered the chickens - 4 eggs yesterday :T
- checked banking
- checked for surveys
- clean out chickens before the rain gets too heavy
- measure bathroom and toilet room windows for Roman Blinds and write shopping list for materials
- keep an eye on surveys throughout the day
- spend some time in the sewing room making stuff for a market stall
- make some biscuits of some kind
- dry bread for breadcrumbs when oven is cooling down
- all meals from stores
- possibly NSD
I was going to go into town and buy fabric for the blinds today, but DH has the car, leaving me with the motorbike. I'm not worried about the rain, but the rucksack isn't waterproof and I don't want to spend money on good fabric for it to get soaked!
Have a great weekend, catch up tomorrow, stitchy XMaking magic with fabricLight travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.0 -
