Orange Broadband check package price

Newbie so hope this is in the right place:o Just discovered that my broadband package...£17.99 is actually being advertised at £14.99.Phoned Orange to ask what the difference was and was told there is no difference except no £17.99 package anymore...yes there is im paying it.Changed package and also asked for a refund though doubt i'll get one:rolleyes:

I am/was in the same position - and I'm not a happy bunny - but before signing up to the cheaper package (and committing myself to a further 12 month!!!) I would like to find out if anyone can recommend any cheaper option and give the pros and cons of all the new offers out there? The new talk talk offer looks great but is the service reliable? Can someone shed some light on a very confusing and bewildering array of offers?????

If you are outside your 12 month contract period.Phone them and threaten to leave.They will definately offer you a discount.I used to be on £17.99 package too but got it down to £12.99 per month......Neil
