HELP -What do I ask for - On 02 Contract month 11
Help Needed,
In the 11 month of 12 month contract with 02, on 02 - 250 a month and not use the phone much.
Do I ask about upgrade or ask for PAC straight away.
Want new phone, not sure what phone -like the nokia 6280 but heard problems with battery etc ? Any suggestions on good phone
Want cheaper bills at the moment average bill around £30 per month.
Would also like rollover minutes & upgrade sooner than 12 months.
Any help would be very grateful, looking at calling them over weekend.
Thanks.:T

My advice would be to transfer your number to a o2 PAYG number saying that you have decided to budget that way (o2 will do that for free normally) then take out another contract with cashback from mobileshop or one of the other online shops. You can get a 12month contract with 12months free with a free phone if you search. Then once the contract is up and running transfer your number back to your contract phone (this is the only way of keeping your original number unless you transfer to another provider say Orange Then don't forget to claim your cashback!!. I have been doing this for 3 years so I have only paid for calls made when oversees and o2 are offering them free now. In fact I have made money on the contract because I then sell the new or the old phone on Ebay making £50 to £100. I would also stick with o2 as they are the only ones to my knowledge that include 0845 & 0870 numbers in there inclusive minutes which saves me a bomb on my fixed line bills.0

If you say you want to give 30 days notice they'll offer you various deals. I got 300 texts and 100 mins xnet calls + a new D400 phone for £10/mth.0
