Hi everyone, thanks fopr a brilliant thread. I'm loving the little things I can do to become MF - its a great inspiration and motivation reading all of them.

Can I join in too? Hope so 'cos here goes (if not just ignore this post and I'll go and sulk in a corner! - only joking)

    Today so far I have:-

1/ Done a mystery shop and completed survey (£9.00 ready to be paid to me)
2/Gone through my fridges and freezers and made a list for meal plans to save spending on more food plus frozen things getting close to date
3/ PLANNING to make some cards to (hopefully) sell at toddler group tomorrow later tonight

    Hello Again.

    Welcome back and Good Luck.

    Some recent things:
    • Listed 8 items on ebay taking advantage of the free listing day - all have watchers, 5 have bids and all should hopefully sell
    • Booked a ferry trip through TCB and received £3.15 cashback
    • Made poached eggs on toast using the cling film method which worked really well! The eggs were from SIL's rescued battery hens and were yummy
    • OnePoll'd my bum off today :D

Not so much today, but last few days I have -

    * Cashed out a load of New Vista survey cashback on TCB
    * Redeemed 2nd £40 on OP :j
    * Up to 70p already on next attempt ;)
    * Sold some stuff on ebay, incl some used perfume I thought i'd be lucky to get a tenner for - sold for £21 :)
    * Had omelette and salad for tea last night and a sausage cassoulet with some hot dog sausages from the cupboard tonight, enough for tomorrow too so really trying to use up the contents of my food cupboard and dragging out going to the supermarket next.
    * looking for what else I can sell on ebay, having got back into it. Need to get hold of some small boxes/jiffy bags before more listings though I think.

    welcome back too craftingmad :)
The past few days I have.....
Sold another cd on amazon, one more to go then thats officially everything sellable (that I dont want to keep!) gone ;)
TCB payments requested so should be about £25 within the next week or so
registered for a £20 off £40 ocado spend/delivery- its on the MSE email if anyone interested!- not sure how expensive ocado is compared to others but £40 of food for £20 seems pretty good!
recieved a £5 off online tesco shop which would mean free delivery if nothing else! am going to become an online shopper methinks! :rotfl:
packed lunches and dinners from freezer/fridge - freezer now bursting with home cooked meals ready to just be defrosted - reckon we can last till next payday (july) on pretty much what we have in (tho may take advantage of the ocado offer!)
will also have some expenses to claim back from work next month which shall go towards holiday :)

Made pizza on bread for lunch to use up last few slices which were beginning to go dry
sold a dehumidifier on ebay that was bought in 2008 and never used for a fiver more than I paid for it (although with fees I probabl made a loss but rather cash then clutter in the house)
asked forum members for cravendale milk label codes they dont need to avoid having to go and buy gallons and gallons fo the stuff to get the last few I need (If any of you are cravendale drinkers and don't collect please please PM me the code on the inside of the label!) please!
went through cashback site to buy few things online

going away this wknd so moneysaving may go out the window for a few days but will have to work double as hard next week to make up for it! :)

In the last few days (including weekend)
-used money off vouchers for work dinner
-made massive pan of chilli-partially using stuff we already had-beans, chopped tomoatoes, garlic herbs etc-will last for a few dinners and will freeze a bit
-got dog balls from pound shop instead of pets at home like we usually would
-sent cv off for a week of work which should give me take home of a couple of hundred-now debating whether i want to use (precious) annual leave from proper job to actually do it if it were offered?!
-got some free kindle books to use on kindle
decided-along with OH that we are going to be alcohol free for a little while-the aim is 2 months-partially for money and also will help shift weight before wedding
