    As far as I know the PM feature is disabled on these forums, you could create an account on our community site as Coopdivi has advised above and drop me a PM on there? Alternatively if you've raised us a ticket just pop the ID in a post on here, and I'll pick it up for you.

    The "send private message to..." line is not in the menu under his name.
    At the top of the screen click on 'Private Message', when on that screen click 'send message' on left hand side and then type in name in receiptients. As you start to type name, it will show list of possible names i.e. by the time you have typed Plus you should see the name you want.

    Unfortunately the PM function has been removed for all company reps on these forums (both sending and receiving, from checking our control panel on here). There was an email about it several months ago IIRC.

    If you're not happy posting a ticket ID (it's about the most anonymous way of identifying you as the number will only mean anything to people with access to our internal systems) then your best bet would be the community forums I think.
