Network 3 cost me £70; Terrible Service.

I purchased a Network 3 mobile phone last month, from day one it was a faulty handset, the staff at the store wouldn't help me, they wouldn't accept it was a faulty handset, they wouldn't send it away for repair, they wouldn't exchange it, nor would they give me a refund. Five weeks later (yesterday) I give up, they left me with a £70 brick, I asked the store if I phone Network 3 can I send it away for repair, they told me "no", all repairs had to be done via that store. Totally unfair.

Yesterday I chucked the mobile into the bin (didnt know what else I could do with it), biggest mistake ever choosing to try Network 3. :mad:

Back on O2 now, :j

    You should have used coverage as your excuse-they'd have done anything for you!!

    Apparently,its the only time that they'd listen to us customers because if they dont, they'd be in breach of their contract( supply goods and service act.)
    Please take your phone out of the bin,leave it a few days and for a week, phone them every day complaining abut your signal being useless....tell them that you were missold.
    From someone who had to endure hell just to cancel a contract when i was well within my cooling off period,i know whats like to work with THREE!!
