I love those Meerkat ads too, as a leaving present for my flatmate Im going to buy one for her. Theres a stall on a monthly basis and he makes them and dresses them in tartan, so cute!

:mad: Annoyed with myself. Spent £5.35 in the pub tonight. We went out with friends and I always feel bad if I don't dip into my pocket. Wish we hadn't gone really :mad:.

I have confessed all in my spending diary.

On the bright side, I just got a free birthday card for my sister from Funky Pigeon .

I am so annoyed right now. I have waited in all day for that bed to find out that the company I ordered it from (who sell through Amazon) have put the wrong address on it. I live in a new build development and there are a number of different blocks of flats round here. I live in Trieste House (quite clearly stated on the Amazon order) and they told Fed Ex that I lived in Ascari House???? Not even similar!!!!!!! So Fed Ex tried to deliver it to Ascari and it was refused. Now the company have to contact Fed Ex to change the address before they will deliver it.

Can't get hold of the stupid company on the phone (I take it they have all p****d off home) so have sent a strongly worded email. This means that they won't contact Fed Ex until tomorrow at the earliest and therefore the earliest I can get delivery is Friday.

I'm so annoyed I just want to scream :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Oh Emz that is awful news, no wonder you are wanting to scream. So sorry to hear that :sad: Really hope they pull their finger out and sort it out for you for Friday xxx

Thats awful after you saving up all those vouchers hun, but it'll be worth the hassle

Had an email back from the bed company. They claim that they never gave Fed Ex the wrong address. Surely they must have put some sort of label on the item before giving it to them?? Fed Ex wouldn't just then change it. I think they are trying to shift the blame to avoid bad feedback. That is unavoidable now.

He said they would sort it out but they only work in the office from 10am to 1pm (at the latest). Don't know about you, but I'm off to get a job there!! 3 hours a day sounds great to me .

They have sorted the bed delivery and it will be here tomorrow (fingers crossed!!). I called Fed Ex to double check that they had the right address now and asked them if the delivery driver could call me 15 minutes before he arrives so I can be here to take delivery. Really don't fancy staying in the flat all day again.

The bed company weren't anywhere near as apologetic as they should have been. I will leave honest feedback saying that they sorted it, but it was their fault in the first place.
